Very unstructured environment

This was a great exposure to a start up company also being NPO was a first for me. There were no legacy systems and one had to gather requirements from scratch. A typical working day involved fighting many fires which has exposed me to a different and unique client style. i enjoyed the people thoroughly! The most challenging aspects was convincing executive team the rationale and methodical approach required.

Pros: Exposure to a large start up
Cons: Working with non coperate executives that have not been exposed to certain technology types

Learning curve

Good exposure NPO startup No legacy systems Good New technology exposure. A typical work day would be fighting many fires. Great people that became family
