Working here allows me to interact with people as I'm a very outgoing and outspoken person. I get along very well with my team and what I enjoy most is allowing customers to feel free around me

It has room for growth

My typical day at work was normally great and challenging what really made it challenging is getting to overcome my daily challenges and providing excellent results also being able to keep my customers happy all the times meeting my branch daily targets was always good

Good experience

Its good for work experience and gives opportunities to learn the different departments within the Company, how you can expand your knowledge and studies for other job positions, that are internal or external. Working in different departments helps to get better understanding on how the company is ran and the day to day processes. The environment is good and the staff is also good and motivational. The company is has stores across south Africa and allows individuals to work in different places and also different retail stores

Was a good experience

I was offered an opportunity to learn the retail industry and also about customer care. It also gave a me a head start to my career and now I'm determined to work out my career ladder into being a good customer orientated person.

Learning curve

Experience with co- workers is amazing and the nice thing is you meet new people and engage and learn more about customer services,admin.I enjoy the relationship at work with my colleagues and staff the challenging things is when customer coming back to the shop returning something

Good learning curve or skills development

Kurt Geiger grooms you well as a Sales assistant, teaches your how to analyze people and grow your fashion skills It is good with commission competitions and treats you like a business partner in terms of knowing more of the happenings of your work

Great exprience

Since working at Kurt geiger I have learn that, customer services come first, the most important people is our customers. I enjoy working the because we wear unique uniforms, and also I like competition when it's comes to target reaching. The things that I don't like is when they reduce our working hours, our salary becomes smaller Team work I just love my team because I learn lots from them, and the early morning meeting encourage me to correct my mistakes.
