Excellent learning curve

MY REVIEW My typical work day ;I open files via legal suit,take messages,condact the weeded search if necessary (company and property search),Trace using tracep,Typing notices,summons and applications,letters of demand,prepare briefs for counsel,preparing files for court,receive served documets,run the diaries,calling Sheriffs for return of services and prepare documents to go to the Sheriffs,preparing invoices via Pastel.My relationship with my co-workers is pefect as i like to work as a team because we learn a lot from each other.I have learnt to pay attention and been patient because its the most important role because we work with different people.I enjoy seen the matter been set down because i want to be productive.The most challenging aspects of the job is to be too patient and pay attention because if not you will end up making many mistakes.

Check my diary for any tasks that must be done first.

Payroll time i create a monthly file which will help me to load any changes as per the documents from all departments .e.g new employees,terminations,liberty,uif,maternity,overtimes,incentives ,garnishes ,new banking details and bonuses. All this will never be paid without supporting documents or approval from line manager. Submit UIF online,populate update,add and terminate and submit provident fund contributions, submit garnishees to finance for payment. Make sure medical aid is paid. Populate the EE report and assist the consultant to submit the EE report. Submit COIDA report and make sure its paid Load salaries on sage pay after the payroll reviews. Update employees files. I populate and submit the monthly HR and Payroll Manco and Exco reports. I have a great relationship with my Line Manager and co-workers and Share holders. I enjoy the payroll and IR process most. Dealing with Line managers that never follow the payroll process and submit the documents late and affect the staff.

Pros: I have learned a lot by being a member of Manco and Exco also populating their reports
Cons: the long hours are there because i want to finish my tasks

Excellent hard worker

I am a flexible candidate like to extra mile to work with large people To have a good relationship with my co-workers I like to learn a lot of work with the work environment Handle the difficult customers and resolve conflict in all aspect s that will came up with Have GOOD time management
