Excellent learning curve (experience)

Firstly, I stopped work on the 31st of August 2020, due to academic commitments. Nevertheless, a typical day at work would include marking incoming kids' homework, instructing them on their classworks and assisting them with difficult concepts. The work environment encompassed highly skilled co-workers, and we were working on a team work basis. The relationship with co-workers was thus professional and uncomplicated. However, the company did not have much room for growth in terms of promotion and salary increase.

Pros: Great opportunity for interpesonal relations
Cons: Company pressure from high rate numbers of incoming kids.

Excellent learning and experience gained

A typical work day will start at 1 and end at 5. Lots of interaction with children regarding questions and problems experienced with maths. Work well with co-workers and as an individual. Learnt how to plan and work ahead of schedule. Enjoy working with children and teaching them.Challenges include a low rate of pay and not being employed on a permanent basis.

Good way to start

My aim was to make sure if I can work under pressure around kids. Doing admin also helped me to know the in and out of the company because I had to learn to do real job.

Excellent learning curve.

I have experience working in teams. A typical work day is helping out the kids with the work and packing their homework. I have freshened up my English. I have learnt how to work with different types of people. I enjoy helping out wherever I can. Its challenging to get the kids to concentrate on their work.

Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: Not enough time with each kid
