an opportunity to learn other aspects of what is involved in educational planning and the actually material design structure and other duties. It has practised me well in terms of working under pressure during the week and the weekends. The growth opportunity are not really there and the assurance of being a permanent employee is absent.

It is a good place for learning

We work very nice with our team members we teach each other quicker ways of assess, and we also have a good communication skills with the team. I have learned so much from my team communication, how to handle pressure, I enjoy reading learners answers, its when you assess files that doesn't have memorandum, it takes a lot of time to read and think that waste lot of time I don't like it. when you do lot of assessment people get happy but they don't pay you extra for that, I am not happy with the finance at our company they don't want to pay, they assume we are copying with this money they give us. Looking for better payments and more experience, I want to apply for further education if I can get a better job that will pay me enough money that I will be able to study.

Pros: yes we do have lot of opportunities.
Cons: 7 hours
