Learning experience

It is a good company to work for but not for so long years I see no growth, development for me. I work approximate eight hours and thirty minutes per day. I mostly get along working friendly and smart with my colleagues. I have learnt working independent is critical and enjoyable because you're able to take all the accountability for every task you are working on and is easy to see errors before reporting to relevant supervisor. The most challenging aspect of this job you have to deliver what is been required in mass volume in a short period of time, Action Plan doesn't considered that much because you end up losing track of what should be practice or implement on the action plan, and it make me lose interest of my job and there is no in-service training or inductions to review staff performance. I love what am doing is just an environment that am in right now makes me see like I'm in a wrong corporate world.

Demotive learning experience

Here I am now, I am not given a chance or an opportunity to gain much experiences for example if you were employed as a Data capturer you’ll be a in that position forever. There’s no human resource and skill development and induction to empower the employees. I really need a job change.

Cons: Eight and half hours per day

Great work experience

I much appreciate for working with my colleagues at Kukhula Global Project and have learnt somethings from different people in a professional way. The only challenge that makes me want to leave there's no benefits and bonus as a employee so now I am looking for a better job with medical benefits and other benefits that's offered by a company to the employee.

Pros: There's no opportunity for promotion within the company
Cons: While you can work long hours for little pay

To be dependant end respect your work place,how to work underpresure.

People at my current work place were very friendly and we used to work together if the work load we're to finish and its a urgent job we get rite away even if its not in your department and they need every ones help,we were working most of the time undepresure and long hours to push the workload,how to be independent at your work stations end respect it.

Developing skills for diasabled

Working normal hours l had a good professional relationship with my colleagues l have learnt how to develop skills for disable learners that are coming from special schools and not just that but to equip them for better tomorrow l enjoy facilitating and l love kids a lotSometimes to teach disable its very challenging because you have to make sure that you are patient as they need all your attention and coaching.

Ungrateful learning curve

Ungrateful learning curve, everyone for himself here, company hardly provides stationery for employees. There is growth in here you will remain to your current position until you dies and with no salary increase. Permanent position with no providence funds.

Pros: No great opportunity for employees
Cons: Working long hours and then earn very little money

Got filling experience

My everyday was amazing and my collegs and my employer we're the best even though I worked underpressure sometims it was fun I got filling experience at work and I have learnt a lot ex specially how to challenge each day at what I was doing and how to handle my work load each end everyday.

Pros: I am a hard a working person can handle pressure
