Prèssurised inviroment thrive on pressure, great team work with good communication and organising skills with clients and staff to meet deadlines learnt about great systems that work and safety and security issues also about ethics and how to approach staff that are difficult most challenging aspect was to work and do the training with out having to stay late to complete it

Personal Growth

I have been in the industry for 18 years and have handled various commodities. I started in the wine divion and have grown to run the Reefer / Pharma division in Cape Town for global Company. I have grown as person with experience and relation to working within teams. I am reliable and always looking for a challenge. I am currently studying to further my knowledge and broaden my spectrum. Everyday starts with reviewing current and up coming shipments. Liaising with clients, making bookings, arranging transport and or inspections if necessary. We invoice our own shipments and handle the closing of the files. There are various KPI's we are measured by for data quality. Fast paced environment and team work is key.

Pros: Overseeing the Pharma clients, growth in knowledge
