Excellent

I have had 23 year's experience in running a laboratory. I was the Quality manager for 18 years and the SHEQ manager for 2 years I now work for less than half my salary but the job is quite rewarding and I enjoy what I am doing

I have implemented the ISO 9001:2015 system. I have a passion for that

I enjoy my job as it is not as stressful as what I am used to. I get on well with my co-workers and enjoy learning their cultures, manners, etc. I like to share my knowledge and expertise with those around me and it is rewarding to see how they benefit from it. I am a very hard worker and work well under pressure. I always try and give my best and love a challenge.

Excellent Learning Curve

I have never work for a a company that produce a product from scratch KT wash gave me that opportunity to be exposed in production. My typical working day as a general worker is that i am given a task everyday because i work in all Plantation department ( I am a rotater) I work mostly on where production start, which is where we mix various products to produce a powder soap.

Pros: learning a lot about chemicals
Cons: long working hours, 12 hours a day

Excellent listening skill

I want the job because I'm a hard worker on my job and I will be able to solve problem onather thing I'm the person I work with Co-oparate with other people and I'm coming with new ideas.

Good work experience

I WORKED 4 DAYS A WEEK, 12 HOURS A DAY, AND REST FOR 3 DAYS. I JUST CHECK IF THE PRODUCT IS PACKAGE CORRECTLY. WORK WITH OPERATORS,SOMETIME WE WOULDN'T AGREED ON THINGS BUT WE HAD GOOD COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONS EVEN AFTER HOURS. I HAVE LEARNT HOW TO PAY A LOT ATTENTION TO DETAILS CAUSE THEY ARE IMPORTANT.

Pros: ITS GREAT OPPORTUNITY CAUSE YOU LEARN A LOT OF WORK
Cons: LONG HOURS NO PROSPECT OF A PROMOTION
