Not the best of experiences

I worked for 4 months at KSS and I wouldn't say by far that my experience at the Company was any close to pleasant. I witnessed alot of favouritism , nepotism and racism while at the company. Agents didn't enjoy any employment rights as we were sometimes forced to work unpaid overtime which I felt was unfair. there wasn't really to much training when it came to campaigns as we outsourced for leading brands such as ABSA Bank , First National Bank , Woolworths financial services and discovery where we had to bring a new client base to the company and promote their products and company values.

Pros: Great working hours excluding Sunday
Cons: Ineffective management

It's okay if you're lazy

If you are a person that loves doing sales face to face, then this isn't the job for you. They are really helpful on good days but it's just another Call Center

Pros: It's a new business, so there is some way to build up your career

Hard worker intergrity

I am a hard worker who is dedicated in every aspect that i encounter i wish to ad something in the company to bring something on the table i am a kind of a person who likes to learn new things within the company. I have learnt a lot of things in my previous company things like working with people team and i enjoyed things like working on your own assignments and colleague were friendly.

Teaches how to work under pressure

I really enjoy being in a strict working environment and working under pressure mostly because I am a workerholic but if I get the opportunity to work for this company I'll prove myself.
