Go-getter

I am a leak between the contractor and the community, we have a healthy relationship with my co-workers because we learning for one another, I have learnt to be discipline and self motived, I enjoy learning new things and have new challenges and the most challenging aspects on this job is that you have to try by all means to satisfy two parties at once

Pros: there is room to learn new things
Cons: working long hours
