It's was a big company and is a good experience to work at ksb pumps because you learn more about engineering mining pumps and how to build team and when i get a job i want to learn more about the engineering course is what I want to improve in my future career for tomorrow.thank you looking forward to join the team

Good learning experience, high pressure, responsible and professional company

Was a good learning experience with little or no opportunity for promotion s. Great team spirit. Job satisfaction. High volume and high pressure bit enjoyed the challenge.

Pros: No micro managing
Cons: No promotions for long term serving employees

Great learning curve

technical knowledge Creating routings Attending to NCR's Project management Interpersonal skills Leadership Sense of urgency Production planning and scheduling Problem solving Liasing with Sales, Engineering, purchasing, production , Quality and stores(warehouse)

Pros: My current environment gives me an opportunity to understand the entire production process, I can fit in any environment due to this exposure
Cons: There is hardly time for other project except those that are production related.
