Exploiting is the name of the game

The MD sets a Mickey mouse stage of the entire business., always popping in to check up on stores. Never asks to get a response, he asks and yet already has made up his mind about your answer. He is too easily visible and reachable and never has any positive feedback not a strong sense of guidance. Krispy Kreme exploits it's workers. Long hours and extra time put in but obviously someone decides that money owing to u is too much. Staff do not get paid properly even after the short pay issues...mainly monies going into an account that is closed or not the correct person's account. I have discovered the accuracy of how Greek bosses treat subordinates.. it is all too belittling to say the least. There is no set platform for anything other than receiving and disposing of doughnuts. Krispy Kreme will sell you dreams.. I've learned though quite a bit from Krispy..more than anything,I've exercised Patience for the false hope created.

Pros: great for foreigners without s.a documents
Cons: Long hours and MD is too involved with matters beneath him.

Excellent fast leaner

I stated working for Krispy kreme at the 10 much 2017 I have been pushing very hard for the company to keep going I stated working as a barista I make drinks coffees and chillers.it been 1-2 years now serving the company.I can count stock I have been and acting stock controller at krispy kreme for one month now. I have enjoyed working with different people in this company it a company from overseas and I've enjoyed serving people with joy and smile..I'm a person who's always happy have good attitude to his work whp wants to learn.

Learning experience

Open store,count float,count cashier float,count the stock,check quality,place orders,handle customers (complaints,orders,complements)do vibe meeting, check e-mails,check the truck,staff training,payroll, staff roster
