A pleasant place to work

The company is not a bad place to work. You have the ususal politics and management issues but the same as you would have in any other organisation. Just keep your head down and deliver and you would be fine. You spend extremely long hours with your co workers who you sometimes see more than your family and you build strong relationships that help you get through your projects. New exciting projects in all sectors. the management is sometimes not structured and aligned at all levels.

Pros: The money is good
Cons: Hours are hectic with no reward other than annual bonus

Awesome self

I've learned how to manage people, be assertive, patient and upgraded my skill set as a designer. The company culture is amazing and the people are so friendly its like we're a family. However the salary does not match my skills and years of experience but otherwise KPMG is a great company to work for. They also promote the saying "Work hard and play hard" which most corporate companies don't.

Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: Poor Salary
