Great position to run an operation on your own

It's a great place to find your true potential. You have the opportunity of making decisions and being responsible for the outcome of your decisions. Which in turn helps you improve yourself. It's a position that allows you to learn about people and their behaviour towards their work. You can understand how they function and how to pick up on their strengths and weaknesses. You also develop people skills as you are dealing with clients everyday. There is fulfilment in getting the job done and receiving recognition from your customers for a job well done. It drives you to do better in all your attempts. You are faced with different challenges everyday however you have the opportunity to overcome these challenges on your own strengths which I believe has built my character and my confidence.

Good environment of working

Long hours of working without overtime payment.Even employers are not treated the way the supposed to. Safety and security amongst the company is not available.

Cons: Overtime is not payable.
