Excellent learning curve full of challenges

We have good teamwork even with the shortage of personnel I get along well with co-workers I enjoyed the patients & especially the newborn babies The most challenging aspect is when we have a high number of patients to the ratio of the staff but we manage each time because we a great team

Scarce working resources eg linen Defective equiptment eg vital data monitoring machines Nurse-Patient ratio not edequate Indifferent managerial attitudes
