Learning to give your best every day

I Start at 06:00 in the morning with the maintenance meeting. Then have a meeting with management and process to discuss all the problems in the plant and the next day maintenance's. Go to the plant to do maintenance and order spares that is needed. Do inspection in the plants. I have a good relationship with my fellow co-workers. I have learnt that mutual respect for between me and my co-workers make the work place great. you need to listen to you co-workers and discuss problems with the and the you can solve all problems. I enjoy building new plants, upgrading old instruments and doing modifications for the plant to be able to function more optional. If you do preventative maintenance, you will not have breakdowns. The most challenging aspect of my work is to keep my fellow co-workers motivated for all of us to have a positive attitude. For all of us to work safe every day.

Pros: Great team off people. Everybody working together to solve problems
Cons: Long working ours. Getting spares

A great opportunity to grow

i enjoy building a machinery from scratch to its full version. i enjoy working with my colleagues,we have team work and respect to one another. i have the experience of both underground and at a workshop. i have really accumulated the experince.

Pros: more machinery to work on
