Call Centre supervisor

Our days and busy with constant incoming calls and reports that needs to be done. Handling daily queries and insuring that the Technical staff is aware of their duties for the current day. I enjoy working with everyone in my team and in the other departments. We have a great relationship in office. I have learned a lot about SAP and all the relevant training helped over the years.

Pros: Great co workers
Cons: no promotion opportunities any more

Growth opportunities

My typical work day has busy mornings, where there's a lot of part allocations to technicians and issuing of toners for deliveries. I get along quite handsomely with my co-workers and i have learnt that if most requests i sent through and fullfilled the day before my days become less pressured. The most challenging part of my job is also the part i enjoy the most which is sourcing out parts or spares that the warehouse does not have; being able to convince other logistics departments to let have that which i require and being to give the technician the part he needs and ultimately having a happy client is one of the most enjoyable aspects of what i do.

Pros: ehancement of management skills
Cons: occasional stock shortages

Gained good experience

Konica has taught me a lot of business skills over the years. I have made great relationships with colleagues and it’s been a good learning curve in my career. Sales has its ups and downs but it’s really motivating when you see your progress and how far one has come. Making my incentive was a great experience and achievement where I was given the opportunity to go overseas for the first time with my spouse with all expenses paid! I have also made some awesome cheques in commission that has really benefitted my family and position in life. A lot has been learnt but now I’m looking for better exciting new challenges.

Pros: Great opportunity and incentives
Cons: Tough industry but if you work hard the rewards are great!

I have good sense of humor and goal oriented individual with hunger for technologul

My current employer it's a very good organisation's one can work for, very interesting systems are running that one can learn a lot from. For me I just realise that I need to go learn new technologies out there

Cons: I don't to moved into different locations or regions

Branch structure removes you from HO politics Enjoy the family like structure and attempts from management to personlise the work environment Branch Manager often does team building and improves working environment Economy places strain on business, but no theats internally

Good experience

Supervisor, setting daily targets, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness, quality and maintaining good relationship between my clients and my staff. Look after working equipment, controlling overtime schedules, stabilising working team spirit.

Pros: Great experience, promotion opportunity and learning.
Cons: Work more than necessary hour.

Good learning curve

but Excellent Learning curve over the 14 years of service. I have gained a lot knowledge on how businesses operate and gained key skills on how to sell, negotiate, provide solutions, customer relationship management and provide excellent service. There will always be competitors but you are the key to who the customer sees value! you are the key to who the customer sees value!
