Communication Listen to a client thorough before answering Working with different people Attending calls logged by clients Making sure all clients are satisfied Good customer service Creating good relationship with clients Meeting deadlines Working as a team Wishing under pressure Installing printers Installing drivers Ruining about 100 printers thru out medical school,making sure it's filled with paper,has toner and it's up and running. Assisting both staff and students members of the university Good feedback from clients rating my service Avoiding complains from clients and visit every single machine running thru medical school. Very friendly, hardworking person, can work flexiblely and ever smiling
In my experience I have learn how to communicate and taught me different techniques. I have build a strong relationship with the company clients and acquired some of those clients. If you refer to my CV you will notice that I have been a receptionist and office manager in some companies and also done some of Volunteering work. I have a good leadership and I have an urge for learning through work.

the company is good in terms of offering employment.but the issue with the company is that it has limited growth opportunity especially if you are a black person the chances of one getting a promotion are zero to none

Great company to work for and good experience
Konica Minolta is a great company to work for, I have learnt a lot since my arrival, they teach u independent thinking and working on your own even thou it's challenging. The people I be ork with are great able to work as a team

Perseverance person
I believe in personal growth and development, I love experiencing problems on a daily basis to sharpen my mind and be a fast thinker as fast as possible. I ensure I keep record of the problems I encountered and how I solved them so I can share with my colleagues, in case they encounter the same problem I once had. I believe that my weaknesses are known by my supervisor as I always strive for better and positive results.
