The learning curves are excellent because all the unit standars are based on the knowledge you have.
what I enjoy the most working on a group because you learn a lot in people, not only their languages but how to brainstorm, coming up with solutions and communicating as a team. Forestry is a interesting job, you get to learn how to work and deal with the community and how to deliver their needs but it gets challenging on a rainy and stormy weather but apart from all that it is an interesting job. iv learnt a lot about dealing with workers and how to resolve their conflicts, how to fight fire and when to stop. it gets challenging on a hot sunny weather because you bend a lot, clean compartments and dig pits while weathering your personal protective equipment and you have to wear it always. Everything you do in the forestry world is not for you and me only but the present generation and future generation as well. Thank you for your time
Pros: great working promotions
Cons: long working hours without any break
