Its a good achievement working at kohwa

I am enjoying working at kohwa, we have good working relationship with my coworkers, my day to day duties are going well as I am managing 3 projects at the harding area.

Pros: I am looking forward to grow in my career , meeting different people and share ideas
Cons: Working conditions are ideal, the hours comfortable too as a farmer or manager, hours should not be a problem.

Kohwa is a good dynamic company to work with.

I enjoy working at kohwa but I want a company that that assign me to high challenge tasks. I work good along with my coworkers, labours are very dedicated to their work, as I motivate them through all the time to achieve the desired target goals for the company. I have learnt much to detail at my company, management skills, time management, reaching targets in time and within budget, farm analysis, financial management, crops protection and etc.

Pros: Good company for growth and development
Cons: Market working hours
