Excellent learning curve

A typical work day at Kohler box: We start working 8am but it is expected from us to start working sooner if possible. Process purchase orders, generate and send quotation to existing and new customers. Keep customers up to date with their orders in production and give them constant feedback. This means we need to physically check in production the progress of our orders. Phone new and existing customers for new developments and business. Making sure orders gets out on time and delivered on time to customers premises. Sort out queries regarding any issues of orders or incorrect invoices and credits. I have an amazing relationship with my co-workers as we are always there to help each other with work and things we don' understand. Since my time I've started working here, i have learned alot and gained a massive amount of experience at Kohlerbox on sales and marketing, accounts and production.

Excellent achievement

I has been a place of foundation and experience with the knowledge gain and hands on experience on the today envolment with the business running as a Head of Department for full duration of a year, 5years experience as team leader and still currently senior representative.

Excellent learning curve

Constantly on the phone with clients to get in new business. Process and capturing of orders into the system. Make sure external sales reps meet their monthly targets. Following up on orders and make sure customers accounts are always up to date. Make sure completed order gets delivered on time and on dates required.Maintaining of stock and make sure enough stock always kept on floor to supply all clients needs. Have an amazing relationship with co-workers. Always there to help each other where necessary. I enjoy the relationships I have with all my customers and the Seniors in our company.

It's a huge adjustment when so structure in place not being used

Small company with an indifferent management style. Needing loads of detailed analysis to fix certain areas of performance and morale. Policies and procedures taken very seriously but staff morale low due to decision making patterns.

Bad company

Typical working day starts with no plan, no direction as to hat happens and how it is gonna happen. Management seems to just bark orders as the problems arises and do not trust staff at all. My working relationship with my peers was good as i try and maintain a good relationship. Learn to not trust people on their word. Working with the directors of the company.
