Gained Experience in other fields line IT

office management by ensuring that all office supplies including stationery is available,junior staff management (Receptionist and Assistanr cleaner), provide assistance to the commercial director, traveling (domestic and international), IT assistance to the team, support to HR for all new recruits and compliance tasks. Receive and approve access for all visitors, liaise with our suppliers to attend to daily requests for office. Receive calls for Director. Manage distribution of company assets and control the asset register(mobile phones, laptops etc). Challenging part is having most of the support in India or USA and the turn around time is always a challenge. Not having skills in other fields but as office manager it is expected of me to deliver and I have learned a lot in the IT field. Too many systems in place and daily slow network connectivity is always a challenge. Good and open relationship with coworkers, I started in march this year and my presence have made a difference in the office.

Cons: Not a corporate environment for me

Gained a lot of knowledge and experience

Attend to emails from Internal and external customers (feedback or queries) I ensure that I am prepared for meetings for the day I always make sure that my “To Do List” starts with the most urgent request. Assist other colleagues where I can with their work. I have a good working relationship with my colleagues and is known to be a very caring person that always assist when asked to. I belief in transferring knowledge and skills, I assist with identifying any gaps. I have learnt not to do what I like but rather like what I am doing thus making my life and job pleasant. I am a responsible and accountable person. I have received awards for Integrity, Outstanding Performance and Superior customer service over the past few years. I enjoy challenges and learning new things. I feel good about the recognition I get from my Employers.

Friendly and excellent learning curve

I am currently in the market for a job and have over 25 years’ experience and knowledge in Banking, Supply Chain and Logistics, Accounts Assistant, Office Administrator.
