I see myself as an individual that inspires and motivates my neighbour, one who is trustworthy and a fast learner in any given task. I am focused and goal driven with an open and friendly personality, which allows me to make acquaintances fast. I’m very honest , approachable and can handle criticism which I take as a learning curve and to rectify and misunderstanding and believes in the philosophy that obstacles life may through in my direction will only makes me stronger. I am punctual as time is the essence to business and myself as an individual. I am dedicated and confidentially is one of my characteristics. I can work individually, but should my workload be of such a nature that teamwork is required in order to achieve departmental or organizational objectives, I don’t foresee any hike ups to my versatility to also work in a team.

I have seven years of supervisory and extensive experience in Human resources management (HRM), financial management, supply chain management (SCM), security management, salary administration, court administration, patient administration, maintenance (facilities), housekeeping services and food aid services. Please also allow me to mention the fact that I have worked as a public servant working for the following departments: - Correctional Services, Justice and Constitutional Development and Health, Finbond Mutual Bank, PE motor transport, Comprehensive Car Cleaning Services and currently with Kogellenberg Attorneys.

Pros:  Success and results driven, excellent numeracy and IT skills, research and analyze financial information, proven negotiation skills, punctual and well presented, confident outlook, good listener, able to work alone or in a team, open minded and non – judge mental, attention to detail, adaptable to new situations, enjoy a competitive environment, aim at high energy levels, able to work under pressure and I am an excellent problem solver.
Cons: I can really work under pressure, alone or in a team.

Money

I have been in the collections recoveries industry for more than 20 years and with my vast experience in the pre- and past recoveries processes and my track record of ensuring growth to all companies I worked for I am confident that I will be a huge asset any establishment and take it to the next level. I believe that people are the most valuable assets to any company and as long as they are happy the company will grow, so I get involved with my people and manage from the floor and not just from a office behind closed doors. As money is the name of the game in the collections environment I need to ensure that I find ways and means to ensure the debtors communicate with agents and understand the importance of paying the debts. I love the stress and pressure of my job as it makes it exciting for me to be at work knowing no two days will be the same. The fact that I need to achieve a target makes it so much more exciting to do this job and I cannot imagine doing anything else.

Its a great learning experience

I enjoy working in this environment as you get to deal with all sorts of people and it is also a learning curve when it comes to customer care as you deal with difficult people and nice people. Workers have a very close relationship with one another as they can assist you with any difficulties that you might encounter in the workplace.

Working with clients ots good and you getting more experience with customer servives

All I'm doing at work is debt collector and also sending statement's and settlements figures to clients. My relationship with my colleagues is to help each other and will helped back that is a team work. I have learnt that when u collecting as agent toy must always educate clients disadvantages of not paying account in order to pay . Also explain to them if about paying via debit order I enjoyed to help my colleagues when they are dealing with difficult clients. The most challenging expects it's when debtors are agreed to pay via debit order once it went through always dispute

Demanding but learning curve

koegelenberg Attornrys a very strict and professional company , and being a debt collecting agent is quite a challenging and a demanding every day task ,days will tend not to be the same. But target has to be meat.but because we work as team and help each other we end up finding out job quite easy. Will believe very much in working as a team.which helps us meet the company's requirements.
