Like a family

Working for Kobo has been great. The longest period I have ever worked for one company., 13yrs. I thought I would have retired there but unfortunately circumstances brought this period to an end. Truly management and staff are like family.

Pros: Great opportunity to do well when the company is performing
Cons: At the moment tourism is not doing well

My work review

A typical work day would start off with morning meetings to check how much work each consultant has. I have a great relationship with all my Co workers because I help each of them whenever they need the help since I do consulting and rate loading. I enjoy working with the regular team because their teamwork is amazing and they help each other whenever we are in need. The challenging part of the job is that I ajd to be a consultant and o rate ladoning

Pros: Pros is that the team that I worked in was amazing because we helped each other no matter how much work we had.
Cons: My cons would be that I had to be a consultant and rate loader which was lot but it would always be handled
