Excellent learning curve

It is really good to be part of the team that shows a lot of respect when needed and a lot of hard work, effort, dedication and teamwork. I have learned how to manage obstacles and deal with and manage overload work. I have worked with many staff and management learning their skills and knowledge. I enjoyed the relationship I had with all staff and management especially working with them. I have brought some of the staff up to be hardworking colleagues. My worse challenging experience was when I was left alone in the shop with my colleagues and had to step up and play manager for the day which I managed extremely well. My worse experience is when I came back from my annual leave and noticed that the storeroom was over supplied with stock due that the managers had no idea what was happening in the store and I was left to deal with it which left me more wastage that the store had ever had.

Pros: increase my strength and knowledge from a different view or field.
Cons: working hard and improving at what I do and don't grow in a company

Its a good learning curve

I like working here, I learn a lot everyday. the practical work I do is very much related to what I did ion college. I love the respect that is shared within the workplace and we are always happy and laughing no office drama at all. I think I will forever be thankful about having Knead as my first work experience, it has taught me a lot about life, work behaviour and all the morals one needs to carry in a work place, friendliness goes along way in this place , I love it. you always have someone to talk to if you have troubles at home or at any other place in your life.

Pros: extreme learning zone
Cons: Long hours
