For the past 2years I have been working for KND Finance I have learned a lot. I have learned how to deal with my clients and build good friendship with them. Its a great working environment and i have a good relationship with my co-workers.

It is an excellent learning curve

my duties at knd finance was to issue loan,call clients ,typing and filling i have learnt how to intersect with clients in a good way learned how to use a computer

Pros: not great promotion opportunities

Excellent learning experience

It is a good company to for and the employees they are nice and easy people to get along with.I have a good relationship with them as my colleagues and I have learned to be able to work under pressure and customer service experience.The most challenging aspect of the job is to focus because this job is about money so you need to remember all the rules of the company because sometimes we do have changes so need to remember the changes and be accurate.

Pros: it is a great opportunity for the people who wants to work in the financial industry
Cons: normal hours

Excellent learning

energetic , fast at serving customer, able to make 50 loans per day my relationship with my co workers is very health therefor it makes the work environment good and comfortable ive learn lot of things since day1 I arrive to the company . how to treat customers, good ettique over the phone , speed in assisting customers being advanced in computer literacy

Excellent learning

it is a growing company whereby we work in a good environment with my collegues where we help each other as it our passion to work with clients and we are patient ive learned to grow big and know what I want in life the challenging aspects of the job is on pension day where its really full and we have to do more than 50 loans per day and have no break at all
