Challenging environment

I am a hard working, passionate person. I have a very open door, communicative management style and am able to adapt to different work environments. A typical day for me currently is being able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. I have learnt that through building good relationships with co workers, customers...you are able to get tasks accomplished more effectively. What I enjoy most is seeing the results / dividends when a project is successfully launched.

Pros: A dynamic and exciting enviroment
Cons: Currently locally in South Africa our company lacks strong leadership which inspires or shows clear vision and commitment.
