Ambition person, multitasking, accuracy, fast pace.

As KLM Empowered is a training provider we do work with different people with different character. I always meet with new people(clients and candidates). My company we like a family they treat us all the same, always feel like at home, we are a very close team. as working with lots of project we do them all together as there is no project without a team members stakeholders etc. I had leant to respect, listening to others, projects are always a prior and problem solving., I very confident when it comes to administration work, my work. I enjoy completing all my work in a given time, coaching the learners in their workplace and spending time with them. Challenges: coaching learners some they want to work some they don't, their attitudes, behaviour, but I had manage all that by giving them time, talk or consult with them.

Pros: willing to learn more in the company and learn more educational. go extra miles
Cons: Long working hours.

I am best fit as an assistant to a smart, busy individual or company. I seem to flourish in that role and I enjoy the fast paced environment which surrounds such as individual/companies. I work quickly and efficiently under pressure, and truly enjoy being busy. I am fast pace, ambitious, eye for details, dedicated, team player, time keeper.
