I have a good relationship with my co-workers. They know when it is my busy time in the month and then they give my space to complete my work. My typical work day at the middle of the month is where all my attention is to finish the group management accounts and report to the financial director. I have learned loads about prioritising for financial director and to have emotional intelligence in the workspace and not take everything personal. I enjoy the pressure times the most cause then al focus is on completing that tasks at hand. The most challenging aspect is making sure that I give the correct information to my financial director.

Pros: Large company the allows for great experience
Cons: Being in Upington it means that sometimes not a lot of time is given to training.

Great experience

Working at KLK Landbou is both extremely demanding as well as such a amazing experience in which to grow as a manager. I have numerous people that work under me and helping me to attain goals and tasks the FD demands of me and my team. This job is more then just financial, it is working with SARS on a weekly basis and also working with employees to get the best out of them, you biggest asset. I love but also hate the crunch times as it demands so much of you but nothing is more fulfilling standing at the end of a week that seemed so demanding and all is done. The biggest challenge is giving accurate and timely information to my superiors when needed.

Pros: Amazing experience in a large company
Cons: Sometimes the word team lacks with people on your level
