here @ klines accessories we work hand in hand as a team, we do team work such as merchandising, housekeeping, stock count and receiving stock, I have an extremely good relationship with my employees whom are always willing to go that extra mile with me, I have learned in this company more into multi-tasking and operations of a retail store, as well as the laws & flaws of basic employment act, being with customers is challenging, you get the difficult ones who can obviously not persuaded that easily! but somehow I make means to keep them satisfied and happy.

Pros: i have been promoted from sales assistant to assistant manager and now im currently the acting manager
Cons: we work long hours and the most we go is 12hours shift when target needs to be reached

Great learning experience

It was quite nice to work for such a company, the customers and staff were always do friendly and I got to meet a few celebrities and high profile members of the country The experience I got made me learn to love what I do, so I could enjoy doing it

Pros: Given full control of the company
Cons: Managing stock loss at all costs
