FAST LEARNER

VERY FAMILY ORIENTATED ENVIRONMENT ...IT GETS BUSY AND STAFF ARE ASKED TO STEP IT UP ...EVERYONES FRIENDLY AND I HAVE LEARNT ALOT WITH REGARDS TO HOW THINGS NEEDS TO DONE I ENJOY DESIGNING CADS ...A BIT OF ACTUAL GRAPHIC DESIGN SOMETHING CHALLENGING WOULD BE GOOD FOR ME .

Pros: COMPANY THAT HAS GROWTH AND WILLING TO PROMOTE PEOPLE .
Cons: HARDLY ANY ..VERY EASY GOING

No Room to grow

I friendly warm environment with lots of laughter and very little arguments, everyone has their tasks for the day and everyone gtes the work done accept when there is an urgent order everyone has to step in and help . Most of the time we are on track with orders Enjoy very much drawing up CADs ..working with colour Challenging is working with really poor quality artwork ..expecting a good result.

Pros: Great if we had promotion to higher management
Cons: No opportunity for growth

Adapt easily in any environment

Currently unemployed...since mid last year ..looking for something that will suite my needs and meet my responsibilities...being the sole bread winner in my home ..I make any co-worker like any family member also maintaining my professionalism..What i dont know i pick up very fast..i enjoy new challenges...please give me a chance to prove my worth.

Pros: Want to work where there is growth
Cons: overtime ..to a certain extent
