Experiencing many things in the company

i have learned a lot from this company,working in teams sometime was bad because some of my colleagues took advantage on me,a typical work day is mostly on the 25 to end of the month where clients are more,what i enjoy most is when i do admin re-checking the active installments of that month and doing the reports and submitting them to the head office,this work challenge me when it come to my salary i work hard everything they request from me they get it on time but my salary is not accommodating all my need ,i sometimes feel like living the job but because of what i want in life i wont

Experiencing many things in the company

a typical working day is on the 25 to last day of the month due to many clients,my relationship with my co-workers is very perfect they are all good and supporting,i have learned how to work with team and always be focused and being positive when coming to servicing the clients,the most challenging aspect of the job is the salary it doesn't accommodate all my needs .

• Customer service orientated, screening incoming and outgoing calls, problem solving skills, knowledge in Microsoft Office package with the typing speed of 45wpm and Accuracy of 96%. Satisfactorily and immediately as agreed with client -Ensuring that the reception is manned at all times and that visitor’s phone calls and messages are properly directed to the correct people as soon as possible. -Ensure that adequate records are kept. -Assisting with development of client relations. -Assisting other operations staff required. -Submitting all records as required by the branch supervisor or management member

As you can see from my attached CV, I have over 3years experience in the office industry and as switchboard operator, and I believe the knowledge and skills built up during this time make me the right/perfect candidate for the role.
