REVIEW-AT WORK HI, Good evening,  After clock-in @ 7.20 first I check, days appointment, work plan and all reports from all branches, if any variance? Need to immediately communicate and ask for explanations, if not satisfied, i will not divert my focus until find out actual reason, at the same time reporting to superior and brief about situation.   Throughout my career, i have learn TEAM WORK which always produce best result, I have not compromise on professional relationship with any of my subordinate.  I learnt from my boss don't feel shy to point a mistake or not to compromise on job description.  i learnt from co-workers if you lead from front, sat an example, motivate and understand individuals they would produce better result than expectation.  When my team members get recognition, reward and incentive, i satisfied of work completion and enjoy the most.  When you know your co-worker deserve something but management won't agree.

Pros: A great opportunity to learn from different department
Cons: monitory gain is minimal due to rotating from one department to another.
