It has been engaging and challanging. A true learning experience

We have a balance of experience and new comers in the field / industry we are in. Which is good blend of new ideas as well as good practices. Overall experience ranges from just under 12 months to people who have been at it for about 15years plus. It’s really been a great learning experience. Being introduced to all these different dynamics and learning to work in a team.

Pros: Different dynamics, wide age group, good team work
Cons: unmanaged change systems, under staffed

Working at Kiteview

I have learnt so much working at Kiteview technologies and working with SAGE as a product. I enjoy working with the clients the clients and making sure communication is key.

Pros: The people i work with are great
Cons: The growth is very limited
