Been improving incredibly well, managers now well reliant on me.

Work here is physically demanding, get in early and leave late, the trick is plan your tasks well and because things change very quickly its best not to keep some work undone to avoid jobs pilling up. I enjoy working with the team of guys i work with, they have been here longer than i and have taught me everything i know and have jealously guard that i get the opportunity to try out new tasks each time. And i have learn to play my part in a team, to take instructions to be led and lead when i should. What i enjoy the most is working with other department like when they have stock coming and we have to help them.

Pros: You can learn everything from Merchandising, Ordering, The operational systems used to run that huge retail business because everyone is right there before you.
Cons: Stock often comes wrapped in dirt and the storeroom need constant cleaning which often is very dusty and therefore unhealthy

Excellent learning curve

I believe I'm Jack of all trades ,I master everything I do ,I'm willing to do the best of my ability to help grow and add value to the company. I enjoy making sales, I'm friendly and take clients very serious when they want something ,I love having great challenges that builds and strengthens me to foresee other ways to help company grow.
