Kishugu NPC Reviews

I very much hope that you will look favourably upon my application by recognizing my enthusiasm,

I have currently resigned from Kishugu NPC to be closer to my fiance and family and among other duties as their Office manager for the past three years one of my duties and passion was the ECD Programme for the under developed crèche’s in the rural surrounding areas in Matatiele where my duties included, making a difference in the lives of 265 children under five. The programme provides a 2-year programme that offers the crèche educators 12 workshops and extra training such as HIV/Aids, First Aid, Health & Safety and Life skills training. I help to train and equip these teachers in dealing with conflict, budgeting, child growth, nutrition, dos & dont's in a classroom and much much more. I believe that by educating the teacher we are in turn educating the children

Pros: Hard Worker
Cons: Long Hours

Promising career growth opportunity

on a daily basis I liaise with the provincial project managers regarding the use of GPS devices on site. I guide and advise and sometimes do problem solving regarding the mapping of our projects nationally. I analyse all the data that has been collected by project managers using the GIS system. Since I work mostly with Project managers that are based in various areas around South Africa communicating with them sometimes becomes a challenge. I have a good working relationship with my co-workers. I enjoy travelling around the country doing site visits and inspections and mostly training and mentoring junior project managers.

Pros: sharing my expertise
Cons: communication problems as we not all in the same offices
