Open door policy vibrant and diverse culture. still young and not yet matured in terms of strategy and process. good company to learn but not grow if you are experienced.

Good but technology system behind

Company is young and vibrant with exposure to senior managers andexcutive. Open door policy but because is small everything is transparent and in your face. Learnt the necessary skills however growth opportunities are less.

Excellent learning curve

Gained an extensive amount of experience in the industry as well as overall executive PA duties. Also gained exceptional knowledge regarding international travel arrangements.

Pros: Much experience gained
Cons: No HR procedures, policy or structure.
