I work long hours and even work at night. I really enjoy working with my colleagues we are more like family. we help each other when we have problems. we always work as a team. What i have learnt at Kirby is that you have to push very hard to be successful. Always push yourself and encourage yourself. What i enjoy the most is when we have training at work where by i have to do demonstrations to everyone who works in the company. And the most challenging aspects of the job is when i have to drive at night and we work anytime of the night.

I was Controller and managed the sales personnel. I was closing the deals at night for them as well.

I was supervisor/controller responsible for all sales personnel. In charge of the telesales team. Allocation of daily appointments to sales personnel. Daily stats regarding previous day's outcomes of appointments. My colleagues indicated that I am a leader and not a boss which means a lot in terms of handling people. I enjoy working with the people and giving them inspiration and tips. The most challenging aspect of the job was working with a micro-manager as boss but I overcame that in the way I managed my work and team. I like to take ownership and am not scared to take responsibility.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow and open your own distributorship
Cons: Long Working Hourse from 07:30 to 23:00 each day except Sundays

Goal Driven, Responsible, Fast learner, self motivated, willing to help out of my job description

I excel in the sales field. I love working with people as I am a very down to earth individual. My current work day involves going to the office attend my daily meeting then we are on the road doing demos and collecting leads. I enjoy meeting people and showing them how my product can change their lives. To see a client happy makes me happy. I enjoy the environment at my office as we are all vibrant. It is sometimes a challenge to get people to purchase my product as it is quite costly but with my excellent negotiation skills I usually get the job complete

Pros: rapid promotions, great comission, great salary,
Cons: need to reach target to recieve basic salary, expensive product
