Team player and working underpressure because a short period of time I have learnst so much

I love my current job because I'm learning and growing each and every day. We work well with my team. I love dealing with different types of customers because I believe that a customer it's a first boss. Because he or she is always right and without them I won't get paid. I have learnt so much about different kinds of stationery and I'm glad that I am still learning because I always make sure that I assist a customer whenever he or she need something. The most challenging thing about my job is that you have to be a fast learner because you have to have a picture of almost about every stationery, Doing a quotation for a customer, receiving books, about painting, gifts and etc.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning and developing
Cons: working extra hours

Very great opportunity for learning new things

Kingsmead is quite a great place to work at, meet new people everyday and get to interact with alot of them. The down side of the company is lack of appreciation from the bosses , no bonuses like all the other companies and the salary is just not good for some1 who gave his whole life up for the company. I have learnt everything I know today because of that company, from customer service, professionalism, how to handle money(as a cashier), answering phones and phone manners, my communication has gotten better as we interact with different individuals daily, responding to emails, receiving and dispatching of stock. I have experience because of kingsmead.

Cons: No recognition and less money

Great learning experience

I have learnt a lot about customer service and how important it is to greet customers with a smile. My daily job entails, doing daily counts, making sure my department is in order and making sale,reaching my target for the day. I work very good with my fellow colleagues. I mostly love when it's Thursday because then I get to merchandise. The most challenging thing for me was having to deal with difficult customers, I realized that I need to be humbled at all times and stay friendly and kind when I get to such a person.

Cons: Working weekends
