It helped on improving my driving skills and work under imense pressure but still manage to produce the results.

Team player and exellent on learning

I have work in there with many people and good at working in team and alone. I am availible anytime. Love working and even under supervision. Able to handle the pressure very well and good in communicating. I enjoy working with any person in the factory. I hate being insulted by superier positions guys. I love smiling.

I work as a Raw Material Controller , I control all the ingredients and I can blend as well

The company is doing well as it provides skills for young people .it follows all good manufacturing practices and training all the employees to do food safety and hygiene

Pros: They allow employees to multitask with in the different departments
Cons: 6 to 6
