Day at the office

a typical day would start with stand up meetings to gather where we all are in the team to ensure adequate planning for the day as well as what we have done the previous day. I have learned how to deal with different personalities. What I love the most: Training, putting together plans and providing direction for the team. the most challenging aspect of the job would be understanding different personality types and adequately handling those that slack.

Wonderful working experience

I have a total of 3 years work experience in customer service field and feel confident to be the best candidate for any available position in customer care possition. All my previous positions have taught me the importance of clear communication and ensuring good customer care service over the phone. My roles and responsibilities involved resolving customer complaints, giving sales pitches and taking accurate notes of conversations. I have also received excellent performance evaluations towards my department’s success I am a goal and results orientated team player who is reliable, punctual and highly experienced in handling inbound and outbound calls and someone who will create the very first professional impression that customers will remember for the right reasons. Furthermore, I have a proven track of increasing sales, up-selling, cross-selling and dealing with a high volume of calls on a daily basis.

I work as an outbound consultant

I work as an outbound consultant, which means I get to call clients - one's that are expecting calls and one's that aren't expecting any and I have to upsell on company products, every employee helps where they can, so I can basically ask anything from anyone and get assistance, I've learnt how to sell effectively, I enjoy having to speak to different clients and learning new skills from different people, the most challenging aspect of my jobs is having to speak to an irate client - which is a lot of workI work as an outbound consultant, which means I get to call clients - one's that are expecting calls and one's that aren't expecting any and I have to upsell on company products, every employee helps where they can, so I can basically ask anything from anyone and get assistance, I've learnt how to sell effectively, I enjoy having to speak to different clients and learning new skills from different people, the most challenging aspect of my jobs is having to speak to an irate client - which is a lot of work

Money hungry and self driven

I am sales driven money hungry and self motivated. I grasp quickly and like to move up the leader. I hate being 2nd beat I believe you first or last and my goals are to be first in anything that I put my mind too.given an opportunity I wont let you down and I will give 100% in my job at all times. I have work ethic and I believe I'm goal driven in many ways

Quick learner, hard worker, well spoken, tech savy, open minded, willing to learn and adapt.

Great company, great vibe, learnt a lot and bettered myself. Definitely room for growth, hard work recognized, incentives quiet good friendly enviroment great management and working hours

Pros: Get along with all people from any race, ethnic group, etc.

Poor relationship

The company itself used to be great to work for however nepitism and racism is clearly visible and you are made to feel inferior based on the color of your skin.

Terrible treating of people

I have been at king price for 3 months now, Ive been moved around to 3 different departments in this time,had 4 different team managers and 3 different commission structures. I seriously dislike how they treat people.

Excellent learning curve

I learned alot while i was at king price I also learned that client retentions is much harder then sales but this made me look at sales, client care and claims in a whole new light

Good experience

Great work environment Good incentives Interacting with new people Learn new things everyday What i like the most is dealing with new challenges and targets everyday I enjoy tesring myself and learning new skills The more experience i gain from a company jus make s me want to grow more and be more succesful... You have to be hungry for growth and success
