King Price, a "fun" environment?

King price is a very dynamic environment and is focused on having and making work a "game" more that serious working time. I understand that the culture and environment is all bout having fun, however some, or most, individuals do not know how to create boundaries when it comes to stop the "playing time" and start working. This culture creates a sense of "it's ok, we can get to it later". All in all it is a good company to work for, I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fun type of environment that promotes extroverts, introverts however should stay away. If you are not a "bubbly" type of personality you will not thrive and grow your career here. Unfortunately there is no space or understanding for the opposite personality type at king price. Which ironically is not fun... At all.

Pros: Good coffee, popcorn, slush on fridays.
Cons: Some individuals consider every day to be a friday.

Excellent learning curve

We generate leads for sales executives in order to generate profit for the business. My relationships is great with all co workers as have to communicate on all levels with different people. My salary is based on commission mostly so always profuce more than R9000 commission, I enjoy the working environment as it is performance drifted, motivational and inspiring. The most challenging factors of my job is to exceed given targets, working with cold leads and difficult clients.

I love the growth and the relationship built with all the general managers.

I ii love the company culture I I live u I love working for company and it has great values. Gocomgood communication. Able to communicate with all different GM's it's just unbelievable. Just hate the fact we don't have benefits

Its a really fun enviroment

Its a really fun enviroment Its a full on open plan office so there's constantly people around you Staff are friendly and enjoy each others company Its amazing to see a company grow and you grow with the company The opportunity to grow yourself in the direction of your talent is amazing

Pros: Theres so much growth available and their always having fun
Cons: Traffic to work is all thats crazy

Growing curve

Long working hours and working every weekend .There i no growth things are done the managers way ,If you are his favourate you are not entitled to take leave

KP has an excellent culture where you are granted the freedom to learn and try new ideas. The EXCO and founder are hands on leaders who keep on innovating the company to achieve growth in a tough economic environment. The work environment is relaxed and team work is encouraged.

Excellent learning curve

Company is okay, very open culture, warm and welcoming but information sharing is limited very much. Too much silo work and less collaboration. For the most it was interesting but could use a leadership rebook.

Great culture

The company is fun, young and has a great vibe. The position i am in, however, is not my passion at all and not challenging enough. I would prefer a position where i have varios different things to focus on
