Gained a lot of experience
Daily reports, daily reconciliation of financial figures, daily checking of 20 franchises' cash up reports, daily reconciliation of GRV's/Pay outs, daily tracking of stock losses, weekly cross-referencing stock transfers, compiling all EFT payments weekly for all shops, solving problems daily, responsible for final financial figures to owner monthly, checking up on all work done by area managers. Have a very good relationship with all staff and managers and communicate daily. Have grown a lot with staff interaction, multi-tasking, and have gained a lot of intensive experience with Microsoft Excel. Enjoy all the admin related tasks. Work under a lot of pressure and have numerous deadlines.

Good experience
I have worked very nice at kingpie it is where i developed knowledge of how to handle your self in front of customers and good team .i have gained alot of experience on how to controll stock,how to communicate with customers and how to participate in decision making. I had a good relationship with my co-workers and my boss i have worked very peacefully under his supervision . The most challenging time its where we out of stock or when our delivers did not came with what we ordered bt we used to come with a good solution. I enjoyed the most where we made a huge turn over and high profit because it is all about making profit.

Food retail provides an excellent opportunity to learn about customer satisfaction
In this role I have learnt how to work with customers and meet customers needs while selling the product. The job teaches one their limits since we are doing routine work for long hours

Good learning curve
I am seeking for employment, part-time or full time opportunity. During my working days i learned so much in a sytem therefore I am proficient in Word and basic in Excel. Telephonic manners and customer service. I earned soft skills in communication, team building , creativity and as an individual. I am a multi tasking person willing to learn and explore new different things. I am not scared of challenges.

Learning
daily stock taking, cash up and receiving stock. I enjoy working with people, always upsell and interact with customers. I have learnet to introduce customers or to promote a knew product to them. i have learnt that love appreciation and pesevering is the most needed thing in a workplace.

How to treat customers
Im always happy when it comes to my work because I enjoy everything that im doing especially when it comes to service.I love working hard because hard work pays,its nice to enjoy anything that youre doing so that customers will also feel free .my manager always tells me that if you carry on like this you'll see yourself somewhere someday it shows that she enjoys what I'm doing
