I worked at King Cake Party City in the holiday of November- December 2016. I have nothing good to say about this place. The manager prides herself in observing andthe taking long breaks. There was no opportunities for growth as well as scheduling work in an unprofessional manner. No training was provided as salary was R15 and hour for a 8-7 shift. We only received an hour break which had to be taken before 4.
Pros: Close to home
Cons: Long working hours, no benefits

Awesome learning curve. I now know how to run my own shop as i've been running this shop
Good day I'm looking for employment and I have upgraded my cv. Before working at party city, I never use to even own my own vehicle... today because of party city, I'm a better woman. I feel like its time to part ways with party city as I'm looking to expand my wings and do more. so please consider my CV. I would love to be sales rep . I used to work for homemark, and now I'm a store supervisor at party city, but I feel like its time for something new. Please consider contacting me for the job. willing to start immediately. Kindest Regards Mary
Pros: great opportunity
Cons: being a supervisor is not easy as you become the goal and target of most.
