Dealing with different suppliers. Follow a multiple quote system and adjudication process for all purchases. Expedite orders as per expected delivery dates Ensure the procurement of Aircraft parts and services is consistence with the procurement policy/procedure and meet the Technical standards. Ensure all outstanding orders are followed up and close off the system where applicable Provide feedback on the weekly Tech report from the bases in regards to the outstanding spares ordered Implement and improve sourcing strategies to ensure cost and continuous improvement. Liaise with 3pl and transport service providers such as DB Schenker and DHL and updating the relevant Engineers about the status of the required spares in order to plan the scheduled maintenance Respond to failed aircraft parts/Instruments and claim warranty from the relevant suppliers
