Great international network of experts, opportunities to travel exposure.Purpose driven brand missions that make you feel like you're part of something greater than yourself & community.The Kimberly-Clark SA market culture & experience is incongruent with overall global company. There are too many people who have been at the company all their lives, have not developed themselves or stretched their growth & have not updated their skills through studying further. As a result you will find that they are not open to change, often band together against new people/talent's fresh & creative ideas.Resistance to change & fear of being irrelevant/losing one's job is effort to maintain the status quo of recycling old campaigns that the same people putting these ideas forward did years ago yet expect different results. They celebrate mediocrity with talent recognitions of same pool of talent for merely doing their jobs which they get paid for. This is stifling the company at SA level.

Cons: Local SA market/country experience is incongruent with overall global culture.
