Passion for HR and love a challenge

I am an HR person through and through who goes out of my way to assist employees and Managers. I am highly organized and give structure to all my Business Units. I do a great job in HR you need to apply the policies and procedures consistently... There are no Grey areas. I enjoy helping people and try to make a difference in at least one person's life everyday. Most challenging aspect in my job is making time for lunch...employees comes first.

Good and developing

Started as an attendant in thw process plant to a production operation then to control a room operator i have developed leadership skills and managerial. I have passion for team work work and working safely

Pros: The company has developed from a small company to a huge xompany employing 400 employees to 1500
