Kimberley Clark Reviews

Kimberly-Clark is a nice company to work for.

Check e-mails; place ads; print CV's and Interview questionnaires for the panel for interviews that is scheduled for the day; give feedback to candidates; feedback to Managers; reference and MIE checks; print contracts; schedule medical checks signing of contracts; short list and send the shortlisted CV's to the relevant manager. Building relationships with co-workers is easy as you are the first person they meet when applying for a position. I've learnt that blue-collar workers need to be treated different to white collar workers. The most challenging of this job was to get used to including the union.

Pros: I was on a contract and there was no pros. I would have liked to be able to be permanently employed but they had a designated recruiter in Bedfordview and I only assisted them with the back-log.
Cons: The fact that I knew from the start that I will not be permanently employed but it was something to keep me busy in the meantime.

I have gained excellent experience, and have gained knowledge on how to deal with difficult customer

Its a friendly environment sales market are met there is good communication on how to deal with pressure there is sustainability in the work place there is enough security to keep the company reputation in order there is enough team, work when there is strike of some sort there will be always a solution to push for delivery date and liaise with customer for their goods to be received

Pros: there is an opportunity for growth through hard work
Cons: normal working hours are met
