Demanding ,respected and career improving working environment. Solving problems and managing staff as well as how to conduct myself around staff and management which was not a problem to because of my good communication abilities with respect for every one .

Pros: Company emphasis on growth to its staff.
Cons: Long working hours and flexibility.

Good exprerience

Working at Kievits Kroon is a good learning experience..what I like most is meeting different people.Team work is a challenge cause we lack staff but with the team we have we make sure we cover everything to keep the guests happy as we serve by design.

Pros: There are good promotions
Cons: Long working hours
