Good salary structure

I have started working at this company Jan 2016, but was dismissed the end of June 2016. The reason for it is that they have expected me just to fall in started off immediately with out the proper training & knowledge of how they wanted the work done. All was fine for the first 5 months, even got a R5000.00 bonus the end of April, telling me that they where satisfied. In June they got a Warranty audit of 2015 job cards, all before my time. They got a penalty of R65000.00 rand. Obviously the warranty clerk got the blame, all my job cards got scrutinized and he just then find fault with every job card, no matter what I do there was just mistakes on the job cards. It was credited every time to make the mistakes right. A week later I got a hearing and was found guilty for all the mistakes & stating that I deliberately tried to cause harm to the company and was dismissed at the end.

Pros: Getting Commission when you have earned it
Cons: No room for promotions for a warranty clerk
